Nicola Gomme

Founder and Director

Nicola is a marketing expert and Exec MBA candidate at Warwick University Business School where she’s pursuing a specialism in Entrepreneurship.

She has 15 years of marketing experience gained in recruitment and SaaS (Software as a Service) where she supported companies through periods of international growth and organisational change.

In 2019, Nicola founded theLEAP, with the aim of helping tech companies achieve critical milestones in their journey. theLEAP works with founders to develop a vision into a product, drive user acquisition and achieve revenue goals.

She believes it’s the balance of strategic thinking and tactical know-how that adds the greatest value to her clients.

Outside of work and study, Nicola loves visiting new places and spending time with her 2-year old daughter.

Magda Mendygrał

Lead Project Manager

Magda has nine years of account and project management experience in media production and creative agencies. She is proud to have delivered great products and services to clients ranging from start-ups to high-profile corporations.

Most recently she has been focused on managing digital projects, no two of which are the same!
Outside of work, Magda is a mum, outdoors lover and podcast enthusiast.

Cameron Durning

Digital Marketing Lead

Cameron is a digital marketing specialist, with a BSc (Hons) in Business & Marketing. He is passionate about helping companies drive customer acquisition and retention through providing a consistent and positive online experience.

Holding over 7 years experience in digital marketing for startups to global B2B brands, Cameron understands how to deliver conversion driving inbound marketing strategies which connect with the audience.

Cameron has enjoyed leading projects including international website launches and global rebrands across the recruitment sector, launching a start-up in hospitality, to suicide prevention campaigns for a mental health charity.

In addition to his extensive marketing experience, Cameron is a qualified Personal Trainer. When Cameron is not helping businesses improve their marketing, he can be found sharing his passion for health and fitness, and exploring with his French Bulldog.
