Hi, I’m Nici, and I’ve been in marketing in the recruitment industry for over 16 years.

When I was in-house I found that planning and executing strategies to fuel sales, candidate attraction and employer branding was tough, especially across multiple global markets.

When I left the corporate world to have my first daughter, I decided that I wanted to create an agency that could scale with recruitment companies.

I tried using freelancers a few times, but found it difficult to find people who fully understood our brand and what we were aiming to achieve – the results were mixed.

And that’s how theLEAP was born! I keep strategy and account management in-house and use verified freelancers to outsource execution.

Nici leads the strategy and project management across our Outsourced Team accounts. She’s supported by Georgia who helps manage freelance resources and ensures deadlines are met and Rachel who supports on planning and strategy.

Where do you find the freelancers?

We’ve spent the last four years trialling and testing hundreds of freelancers. We’ve whittled this number down to a pool of 50+ verified freelancers who are fantastic at what they do, whether that be design, Hubspot automation or copywriting.

What if I don't like the work?

The beauty of our model is that if a particular freelancer isn’t clicking with a project we’ll switch them out. You’ll never have to worry about who is doing the work, you’ll just see the results and can be confident we’re handling the rest.
